Delta Artists Association Our purpose is to support and promote visual artists in the Mississippi Delta.

We fulfill our purpose by assisting professional and non-professional artists in exhibiting their work in a dignified and professional manner; by providing programs of continuing education and experimentation, leading to individual discovery and personal expression; and by providing a meeting place for artists to gather and discuss different techniques, experiences, and media.

We had a fabulous opening reception for our Annual Member Exhibit at Greenville Arts Council! The exhibit judge was Michaela Merryday, Professor of Art History at Delta State University. Sponsored by Mitchell Distributing, MS Arts Commission and Leigh and Noel Harris, the winners were:

Please join us Friday, November 3 from 5-7 PM at the Malkin Gallery at E.E. Bass for the Delta Artists Association Annual Member Exhibit! The show will be judged by Michaela Merryday, Professor in Art History at Delta State University and Director of Delta State University’s Fielding Wright Art Center Gallery. This event is free and open to the public thanks to our sponsors, Mr. and Mrs. Noel Harris, MS Arts Mississippi Arts Commission and Mitchell Distributing
