💫🏆 It was a record-breaking year for the Women's Leadership Insitute (WLI) at Furman University! The largest cohort in WLI's 20+ year history, this year's graduating class consisted of 58 women representing 44 different organizations and 8 different states.
Designed for both established and developing women leaders, the Women's Leadership Institute is "focused on teaching evidence-based leadership theory and its practical applications to help participants inspire followers, lead groups and achieve organization goals – all to better understand the unique challenges women face in the workplace."💡👩‍💼
