It was a great first week of school! Lots of happy faces!
The first day of the 2023-2024 school year was amazing! What an awesome way to start the day—coffee on the curb! Thank you for choosing St. Charles School!
The St. Charles Catholic School community mourns with our Greenville community. We are praying for our Jacket Neighbors.

Catholic schools prioritize service to community, and in doing so, students better understand that they are part of a world that is bigger than themselves. To quantify hours, funds, and ways our schools donate would be impossible, but here are some impressive examples to review:

Catholic Charities West Michigan’s St. Gianna Baby and Toddler Pantries in both Muskegon and Grand Rapids are in need of summer baby and toddler clothing in all sizes. Clothing can be new or gently used. Please contact Karol Maurer at [email protected] if you would like to make a donation!
Our schools are an investment of the entire Catholic community and are committed to accessibility for every family. While this can feel like a daunting challenge, creative solutions are ensuring students are welcomed, celebrated, and supported from pre-K through 12th grade.

God our Father,
Giver of life, we entrust the United States of America to Your loving care.
You are the rock on which this nation was founded.
You alone are the true source of our cherished rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Reclaim this land for Your glory and dwell among Your people.
Send Your Spirit to touch the hearts of our nation´s leaders.
Open their minds to the great worth of human life and the responsibilities that accompany human freedom.
Remind Your people that true happiness is rooted in seeking and doing Your will.
Through the intercession of Mary Immaculate, patroness of our land,
grant us the courage to reject the "culture of death." Lead us into a new millennium of life.
We ask this through Christ Our Lord.
Amen.
Catholic schools teach the same Christian values you teach at home. See more at catholicschools4u.org

Our last day for the school year was celebrated by living out our mission: faith, academics and service. Our students participated in a living rosary, decorated meal bags for IM3rd Meal, and received certificates and awards for their great accomplishments this school year. We are blessed!
One of the many end-of-year activities included working on a rosary walk. The project is well on its way to becoming a reality. Thank you to everyone who assisted with the project to get it started.
It is with great joy that we present the 2022-23 Annual Report from the Office of Catholic Schools! Within, we highlight our schools' tremendous efforts, quantify our successes, and share stories that will inspire.

What a great surprise for the third graders today! Mrs. DeVries and baby Carter came for a visit.
It was a day of lots of fun as we celebrated Fun Day at St. Mary’s. We began the day with Mass, and then the students had so much fun with the many activities planned by a great team of parents. Mrs. Sullivan even took a turn in the dunk tank!
The eighth graders had a great time on their class trip.
Lots of fun and learning taking place!
Eighth grade graduation for three special students: Devin, Jolie and Quinn. Blessings to them always! ❤️
Heavenly Father, we lift up in prayer today our brothers and sisters who have gone before us, sacrificing their own lives for the protection and safety of others. We are grateful for their service. May they inspire us to live selflessly in our own lives, as Christ calls us to do. In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen.
What an evening! St. Charles Students’ Got Talent was amazing! We are so proud of these students for sharing their talents with us. We can’t wait until next year’s show!
