Things are a little different this semester since we are not having our normal "Topping Off Ceremony" for those students graduating Fall Semester 2020. Therefore, students had to pick them up in the High Bay Lab. We wish all of our graduates the best in all their future endeavors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the USACE Quality Control Requirements
- Creating, Implementing, Maintaining and Overseeing Site Specific Quality Control Plans, Accident Prevention Plans and Environmental Control Pans
- Understand government documentation requirements
- Maintains a sense of urgency
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate subcontractor work to ensure the project schedule is met - Understands construction sequencing. Can conceptually build the project in its entirety
- Reads and understands the Accident Prevention Plan and executes the plan to include all documentation
- Has a working knowledge of the Corps of Engineer safety manual/requirements
- Scope and price construction change orders - Manage schedule, close out and job cost
- Manage Submittal process - Manage the QC and Safety program.
- Develops monthly progress reports for the customer

Qualifications
Education: 4 year Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree and/or minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
- Current CQM (Construction Quality Management) certification
- Experience with Viewpoint, Procore, MS Project, Primavera or Procure scheduling software
- Experience with USACE RMS/QCS
