Helloooo friends!!!! Well it's trying to be Spring... so I think it's time for the next COOKBOOK CLUB!!!!
This month we will try a Tuesday.... March 24 at 6pm......

Had to share this.... I'm on WW and this was DELISH!!! Cumin baked chicken in a salad of pineapple broccoli slaw (was supposed to be jicama but couldn't find any)with Lime vinaigrette... yes, it's more of a summer dish.. but I wanted something light!!! Oh... the micros... Cantaloupe... ya... sounds crazy, but trust the process!!!

Details about the Cookbook Club!!!!

Hi..Im Lisa... Host

1. It's basically free... unless you bring a dish or buy a book!!!!
2. Each month we will pick a cookbook(you can buy it, check it at the library, etc
3. We will then gather and talk about the cookbook, author, theme, etc....
4. The first few meetings, I will provide some snacks, but the goal is for anyone to make some dishes from that month's chosen book. Then we share everything!!!
5. Location will be Greenville but close to 385

It's a fun get together to share a love of cookbooks!!!

Im having a cheat day!!!! Well, the only bad thing is the cheese.... I love making a tomato soup using Kumato's and some baby Marzanos.... Grilled Cheese is slow grilled, open faced then put together... Grilled peppers inside.... YUMMMM
