Meet the PTA Board! 🐝 We’re excited to introduce Jana Clack, who is serving as Co-President of the Stone PTA this year! 🥳 Jana & Randy have two kids at Stone: Collins (K5) & Eleanor (2nd grade). Last year she served as VP Communications & outside of PTA she is the Director of Discipleship at Open Hearts UMC. When she’s not cheering on our school, you’ll likely find her logging miles. 🏃‍♀️ She's training for her second marathon—the Chicago Marathon this October! Thank you, Jana, for your leadership, dedication & heart for making Stone an amazing place for our students, staff & families! 💙

Meet the Teacher will be held on Thursday, August 6! 🐝

Kindergarten families may drop in anytime from 3:00–6:00 PM. Families in grades 1–5 may drop in from 4:00–6:00 PM. 🍎

If you are unable to attend, call the school on August 7 or 10 for teacher assignments before the first day of school on August 11. Teachers will reach out to families who are unable to attend. Remember: this is a brief meet-and-greet. If you have concerns or info to share, please arrange a separate time to meet with your child’s teacher.

🍦 Popsicles in the Park 🍦 Join us on Monday, August 3, from 4:00–5:00 PM at Croft Park (Stone's playground)! Rising kindergarteners and new Stone Academy students are invited for popsicles, playground fun, and a chance to meet Ms. Shouse, Mr. Ehlenbach, and other new families. We can't wait to welcome you to the Stone Academy family!
