“Hi! My name is Bonnie Elrod. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009 with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. I received my Masters Degree in Special Education: Learning Disabilities from Furman University. This is my fifteenth year teaching and my seventh year in Special Education! I grew up in the Greenville area. I have a wonderful husband and 2 wonderful kiddos. I also have 4 cats, a bunny, and a very cute dog! I love to cook and read all kinds of books in my spare time. I also love to watch all USC sports! Go Gamecocks! I can’t wait to meet all of you, I’ve heard how amazing Eagle Nation is!”

“Hello everyone! My name is Tatiana, and I have been teaching for the past 19 years. I am thrilled to join the Eagle Nation and look forward to meeting our students and families. Outside of the classroom, I love being outdoors—camping, paddle boarding, running, and gardening—and I also enjoy baking. I am married and I have two teenage sons and two cats. I am very excited for the upcoming school year!”

Hey Eagle Families, the emails are real!

The district has chosen the company KEV Group to provide a system for the management of student activity funds called SchoolCash Online. This system supports electronic payments via credit card (convenience fee is 4% + .10 cents) and will replace MySchoolBucks for student activity funds only (FANS will continue to use MySchoolBucks for student meal accounts). Cash or check payments will also be accepted without a fee. Parents will receive an email from SchoolCash with instructions to register between July 6 and 15.

Our two-day Leadership Retreat was filled with energy, collaboration, big ideas, and a shared commitment to making this our best year yet!

Together, we focused on three powerful priorities: communication, coherence, and consistency, because when we’re united, amazing things happen for our students, staff, and families.

We planned, collaborated, laughed, learned, and challenged one another to think bigger. The excitement is building, the vision is clear, and the momentum is real!
