🌟 Congratulations to Our April/May Teacher & Staff Members of the Month! 🌟

β˜• A special thank-you to Scootin’ on Wade for sponsoring our Teacher and Staff Member of the Month awards! Your support helps us celebrate the incredible people who make our school community thrive.

🍎 Teacher of the Month: Macy Fowler

β€œMacy Fowler is the kind of teacher you can always count on. She does a great job of meeting students where they are and pushing them to do their best. What really stands out about Macy is her consistency and dedication. Even on days when she is not feeling her best, she still shows up and gives her students her full effort. Her students know she cares about them, and it shows in the positive, respectful environment she creates in her classroom.”

Macy also plays a huge role in creating a positive school culture through her support of coworkers, willingness to help others, and dependable presence each day. We are grateful for her hard work, dedication, and the impact she makes on our students and school community! πŸ’™

πŸ–₯️ Staff Member of the Month: Karen Sharp

Karen Sharp is truly one of the people who helps keep Wade Hampton running every single day. While many know her as the β€œChromebook lady,” her impact goes far beyond technology support. From managing student devices and assisting with technology needs to helping with testing, graduation supplies, student debts, and fixed assets, Karen consistently goes above and beyond for students and staff alike.

She is known for treating everyone with kindness, patience, and care while always stepping in to help wherever needed. Her positive attitude, organization, thoughtfulness, and dedication make a tremendous difference in our school community β€” and yes, she also bakes the BEST bread for WHHS events! 🍞❀️

Thank you, Mrs. Fowler and Mrs. Sharp, for your commitment to Leading Like Generals and for everything you do to support Wade Hampton High School! πŸ‘
