Historically Black Colleges and Universities Coalition of Pitt County

It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of Mr. Walter Council. Mr. Council was the beloved husband of Mildred Council, devoted father of Baker and Logan Council, and cherished brother of Thomas Council.

During this time of loss, please keep the Council family in your thoughts and prayers. We extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy as they navigate this difficult period.

As soon as funeral and memorial arrangements are made available, we will share that information with you. At that time, the HBCU Coalition will also discuss ways we can collectively support the family and honor Mr. Council's memory.

Thank you for keeping the Council family in your hearts during this time.

January Recap!
We had a good time tonight!

Historically Black Colleges and Universities Coalition of Pitt County hosted HBCU & Cocktails!

We had 5 HBCUs represented! We laughed, got to know one another, and did a little bit of networking (as we had a couple of business owners in the crowd)!

Overall we had a good time! I'm so proud of our HBCU Community!

We hope this is 1st of many HBCU collaborations! Stay tune and follow us here on FB and on Instagram
