๐ชถ Visionary plant medicine isnโt for everyone.
My life changed drastically in the 2 years since I started sitting with Aya:
๐ I rapidly reprogrammed myself from old patterns into new behaviors
๐ I continually have to confront discomfort + transmute the lessons into lasting growth
๐ I have to make the decision to either continue with the โeasyโ route or to put in the effort to level up, even if itโs scary
๐ Trauma-bonded friends and family members either betrayed me or disappeared without a word
๐ I rarely experience PTSD responses at the rate I used to
๐ I feel more empowered and capable than ever
