Staff Senate kicked off the school year with a supply drive for the ECU Community School. ECU staff donated school items, which were collected and delivered to the school by Crystal Hildebrand, Candy Griffin and Annah Howell.

Welcome new ! We so glad you are here! Staff Senate volunteers joined ECU Campus Living to welcome new students to campus during Move-In Week.

ECU was represented by great members at the 2025 UNC Staff Assembly Delegate Meeting. Bri Wood, chair, LaToya Langford, chair-elect, and Crystal Hildenbrand, past chair, represented our staff at this year’s delegate meeting at UNC Greensboro. Staff representatives from across the UNC System engaged in discussions on mentorship, shared governance, HR policy, tuition waivers and staff wellness. Staff excellence was also celebrated with the presentation of the Erskine Bowles Service Award. 🏴‍☠️
