Looking for some ways to get the wiggles out during this week’s heat wave? Use items around the house to make an obstacle course for your little ones. Crawl through tunnels or blanket forts. Jump over hula hoops, pool noodles, or jump ropes. Walks on step stools, couch cushions, or pillows. Use the tape measure to practice walking backwards, as a limbo stick, or to jump over.
