Yesterday these wonderful ladies were hard at work rolling, rolling, and rolling some more—getting those famous meatballs ready for our 112th Annual Parish Fair! 💚

There’s something so special about seeing this tradition continue year after year. It’s more than making meatballs—it’s fellowship, laughter, love, and generations coming together to keep a beloved tradition alive. ❤️

We are so thankful for the hands that have prepared them through the years and for those continuing the tradition today. This is what makes our Parish Fair so special!

And trust us… you’re going to want a plate! 😋🍝

What a way to kick off our first home game of the season! 💚🤍

🏈 Our Fighting Irish brought home the WIN against St. Joe Madison!
🍔 Our teachers got the night started with a little tailgating fun!
🥁🎺 And our NEW BAND was ROCKING the stands and bringing that Irish spirit all night long!

There’s just something special about a Friday night back under the lights surrounded by our Irish family. The energy, the music, the cheering, and a big Irish WIN made for one GREAT night! ☘️

Today was an exciting day at St. Joe as our 2026 Homecoming Maids for grades 9–12 were officially tapped!
