Next somatic expressive arts workshop at my home studio is Winter Stirrings. Tuesday, December 30. 10 AM to 12:30 PM.

In the lull between one solar year and the next, explore the creativity of this moment in your life. What wants to be still, to be known, or to move?  We’ll listen through the body as a whole, non-verbally, engaging a direct experience of what’s there, then naming and reflecting on it through poetic writing, sketching, speaking. In this way, we give space for something to carry forward.

No arts experience is needed. Groups are limited to six participants. To register, direct message me. $30.
