Band Parents & Guardians,

To help make our upcoming Band Parent Meeting on Tuesday, July 14th at 5:00 pm in the auditorium as informative and efficient as possible, I have created the form below for you to submit any questions you would like answered during the meeting.

This form is for PARENTS/GUARDIANS ONLY. Students should not complete this form. This will help ensure that parent questions are addressed during the meeting. If you have questions about band camp, fees, uniforms, schedules, expectations, communication, fundraising, transportation, or anything else related to the band program, please submit them using the form below.

Please post as many questions in the question box as you would like to have answered.

I will review all submissions beforehand and answer as many questions as possible during the meeting. If multiple parents have the same question, I will address it once for everyone's benefit.

It still appears that many parents and students are still missing from our BAND App group.
If you are a parent/guardian or an upcoming student who will be participating in the 2026–2027 marching band season, please click the link below to request to join.

Membership requests will be reviewed before approval. To help us verify your request, please be sure your name (or your student's name) is recognizable when you submit your request.

If you are an alumnus/alumna or are not a parent/guardian or a student participating in the 2026–2027 marching band season, please do not request to join this group.

Marching Band Parents and Students: Band Camp will be here before we know it! Please read this list carefully, as it details what your student will and will not need for camp. It is incredibly hot outside, and while I encourage everyone to become acclimated to the South Alabama heat before band camp, I also encourage you to be safe and aware when it comes to staying cool. Keep hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes. Wear a cooling towel, and take breaks as needed. Be proactive and safe in preparing for band camp! Taking care of the little things now will prepare you for when we have to take care of the big things later!

‼️Marching Band Sizing Form – Due July 6‼️

Parents and Students,

Please complete the Marching Band Sizing Form by Monday, July 6.

IMPORTANT: Please submit only one sizing form per student. Either the parent or the student may complete and submit the form, but please do not submit multiple forms with different responses. If multiple forms containing different size information are submitted, it will be unclear which sizes are correct and may result in incorrect items being ordered.

Please review all answers carefully before submitting, as each student is only permitted one form submission.

This form is required so when we begin ordering items they will all be in the correct sizes.

Please read every question carefully before submitting. Students will only be able to complete the form one time, so be sure to double-check all information before submitting.

If a size is not provided for an item, that item will not be ordered.

Students who are not in Auxiliary (Color Guard or Majorettes) should skip the Auxiliary-specific sections.
