Welcome to BibliU, College of Central Florida! 🤝

CF serves students across three counties: dual enrollment students, veterans, people juggling classes with full-time jobs, and everyone in between.

That's exactly who MyCF Books was built for. Starting this term, CF students get required course materials for one flat, predictable price, ready by Day 1.

→ No hunting across stores or surprise costs class to class.
→ And if the program isn't right for a student, they can opt out, no strings attached.

We're also streamlining CF's campus store with online and in-person shopping in one model, instead of two disconnected systems.

Partnership built around the real students schools actually serve. 🧑‍🎓

Exciting news: Nelson University has renewed its partnership with BibliU! 🎉

We celebrated the occasion in style, joining Nelson University for the
ribbon-cutting on their newly rebranded campus store, Judah's Outfitters, the official home of Lions gear. It was the perfect moment to reflect on everything we've built together.

Thank you to the Nelson University team for your continued trust and partnership. We're excited for what's ahead as we continue supporting your mission of delivering a truly student-centered experience.

Here's to the next chapter of Lion pride! 🦁

Access is more than a buzzword for community colleges. It summarizes the heart of their mission.

Dave Sherwood, BibliU CEO, sat down with Dr. John Avendano, President of Florida State College at Jacksonville, one of our partner institutions, for the latest episode of Campus Convos.

FSCJ spans one of the largest, most spread-out cities in the country, and between multiple campuses and a full lineup of online, hybrid and asynchronous classes, they've built a way for students to get there no matter where they're starting from.

That's how non-traditional students, many of whom are coming back to change careers, end up finishing everything from a technical certificate to a bachelor's degree without geography or scheduling getting in the way.

It's the same mission community colleges were built on back in 1901, with the technology of today.

Back to school season is here, and behind every student walking into Day 1 ready to learn is a campus ready to support them. 🏫

At BibliU, we bring course materials, technology, and retail operations together under one roof, so institutions can focus on serving students, not stitching together systems.

Here's to a great semester ahead, for students and the teams behind the scenes.

Changing a campus bookstore strategy can feel like a big move. It’s a logistical switch, but it’s also a reflection of where your college is headed.

Hear from Dr. Scott Ralls, President of Wake Technical Community College, on why they took such a thoughtful, campus-wide approach to their transformation with BibliU. Instead of rushing, they dedicated an entire year to conversations with faculty and stakeholders to make sure they were choosing the right partner for their future.

It's a great example of how a partnership, when done right, can actually empower your campus identity and growth. 🤝

For 25 years, the three campus stores at College of Southern Nevada looked the same—even as 60% of course materials went digital. So the college asked: do we even need physical stores anymore?

The answer wasn't "no." It was "not like this."

Russell Markman and Collegiate Retail Consulting Group led the assessment and RFP process, and one insight stood out: the CSN community didn't want to lose its stores. They wanted more from them, and a far easier way to get materials online.

We're proud that process is what led CSN, Nevada's largest community college, to select BibliU—Day 1 access inside Canvas, and one system running all three stores.

“We could not have done this without Russell. This was a lot of work and he was essential to the process. Russell’s reports were polished and easy for our team to understand. He brought so much industry experience to the project. He aligned with our goals and helped set the vision and tone for a...

Football season is right around the corner 🏈

Last year, we got a preview of what game day can do for campus retail. During UTRGV - The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley's inaugural Division I football season, BibliU stood up a fully branded team store at Robert and Janet Vackar Stadium, plus a mobile retail trailer that traveled to games, orientation, and graduation.

This is what a true retail partner looks like: the flexibility to be what your institution needs and built to move as fast as game day does.

Collaboration doesn't happen by accident. It takes the dedication of departments working together and a partner who fits right into that rhythm. That's exactly what stood out to the team at North Florida College.

Feeling like a true, cohesive extension of an institution's team is something we strive for in every partnership, and hearing that reflected back is truly meaningful to us.

Thank you, Ellie Morgan and the entire North Florida College team!
