Dolly was an ICON and true treasure who gave so much to this world. Elvis and Dolly never met but through the magic of technology they appeared together in a commercial for Tennessee tourism. And yes, Dolly pitched “I Will Always Love You” to Col Tom for Elvis. However Dolly was wise and would not give up her publishing for the song (as was required by Col). Rest in Peace Dolly. Say hello to Elvis. We will always love you! ❤️
