Loved this little organic snippet of conversation Anna was having about the state of the Therapist’s nervous system during Floating Hammock Massage. Another note, on body mechanics is that you get to sit for a large portion of the session! A great consideration if you’re feeling burned out from traditional massage table work. We also love it for therapists who incorporate several modalities into their practice- to mix up their day working on table, mat, and hammock!

Floating Hammock Nervous System Regulation® (FHNSR)
1:00 – 5:00 PM
Opportunity to receive FHM after training (25 min/$50 sessions as available) Recommended for those looking to come back for Level 1!
