🌟 COOL STORY ALERT 🌟

Our very first resident officially retired this past Friday!

Christy Turner completed her residency in 1993 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. She worked both operations and pediatrics during her time here and ended her 30 year career as the Children and Women’s Pharmacy Supervisor. Our founding RPD, Jim Worden came to present her with a Resident Emeritus Certificate at her retirement party! 🏆

🕵️ SURVIVRX 2026🏃

Yesterday our residents embarked on a Survivor themed race around the hospital that rewards bragging rights to the first team to reach the final destination and complete their puzzle. 🥇🧩

It was a close race but our winning team pulled through in the end and was awarded full bragging rights for the rest of the year! Congrats to the Blue Team (Team Bula) - Colton, Renee, and Bri! 🏆👏 🔵 Fun Fact: Bri was on the winning team last year as well!! 💪🏼

Huge thank you to Lindsey Stever (one of our preceptors) for creating this amazing and fun challenge for our residents!! 👏

🔍 2026-2027 Residency Class Scavenger Hunt 🔍

Check out our very first resident bonding experience event! 🤝 Last weekend our residents went out on a scavenger hunt through downtown Greenville to explore our city and connect with each other! 🗺️ They completed all stops 📸 and enjoyed brunch 🍳 5th Street Hardware!
