Today, our GREEN Charter Schools community pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who came together in the days that followed.

🌎 World Cleanup Day 2026: Beauty Starts at Home! 🌱

Join GREEN Charter Lowcountry on Saturday, September 19, from 8:30–11:30 a.m. as we come together to beautify our school and strengthen our community!

How can you help?
• Volunteer for a campus project
• Donate supplies through our Amazon Wishlist
• Bring clean plastic bottle caps for our student-created mural
• Help with gardening, composting, landscaping, recycling, and more!

From a community garden and rock garden to recycling, composting, and landscaping projects, there’s a way for everyone to make a difference.

At GREEN Charter Schools, we believe students learn best when they can create, explore, problem-solve, and put their knowledge into action. That’s why we incorporate Project Lead The Way (PLTW) into our curriculum.

🔬 Through PLTW, students engage in hands-on, real-world learning experiences that connect science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to the challenges and opportunities of the future.

From designing solutions to tackling complex problems, our students are developing more than academic knowledge. They’re building creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and confidence.

Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers in our communities and especially the many people who make our schools possible every day.

From teachers and administrators to front office staff, custodians, maintenance teams, bus drivers, food service teams, paraprofessionals, counselors, nurses, coaches, technology staff, and everyone behind the scenes, each person plays an important role in helping our students learn, grow, and thrive.

We are grateful for the people who show up, pitch in, and make a difference for our students and families every day.
