GHS College Advising

Hey GHS! I wanted to let you all know that today is my final day with y’all 😢. In about two and a half weeks, I continue on to my new adventure of moving to Colorado ⛰🌲and finishing up graduate school to become a high school science 🦠🧫🔬teacher. I have loved being your adviser the past three years, but I promise I’m leaving you in the good hands of Mr. Kaastra, your new adviser. He will be starting in August and I’m sure he is so excited to meet you all!

Wishing you all the very best, whether you’re continuing or starting college or still have some time at GHS! I’m so proud to have been able to watch many of your grow over the years and have high hopes for you. Remember to take risks on yourself-you’re capable of more than you know. Don’t be afraid to explore the world, step outside of your comfort zone. I never would have ended up at Greenville had I not done just that and certainly would not be moving to CO. And finally, be kind. The world needs more kindness, empathy, and love. Spread those around everywhere you go and the world will be a much better place 🌷☮️🌻

Last Friday I took part in a day of service helping clean up 🍃🍂Camp Wah-Wah-Tay-See just down the road! It was a great way to enjoy the sunshine 🌞 and help clean up a camp that gives so much to our community.
