As a nurse educator, with 20+ years of experience caring for individuals living with some form of dementia, I'd like to share some dementia care basics.

Prevention and/or early recognition make a difference! Know your numbers! Know your family history! Don't settle for "there's nothing you can do once you have Type 2 diabetes..."
