The Upstate AHEC Summer Enrichment Program is off to a great start! This week, students from Anderson, Oconee, McCormick, and Greenwood counties participated in an immersive surgical simulation experience at AnMed Cannon Hospital. The activity took place in an actual surgical suite, providing students with a realistic, hands-on opportunity to explore surgical procedures, clinical teamwork, and healthcare careers in a hospital setting. Photos were captured during the session to highlight student engagement and experiential learning.
