If you would like to volunteer for Field Day, YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT BACKGROUND CHECK ON FILE IN THE OFFICE.

*If you are unsure whether yours is up to date, please call the Office.

*If you do not have one on file, print and complete the form and return it to school ASAP. These take a few weeks to process and June will be here before we know it!
