Mindset Monday!
All or nothing thinking can be a real challenge for many of us with ADHD.
You know, if I can't do it perfectly, I guess I won't do it at all kind of thinking. If they don't LOVE me, they must hate me.... You get the idea.
Today, when you feel discouraged or catch a negative thought, I challenge you to take just a minute and consider the circumstances from an alternate perspective. No further action needed, just see what else might be possible...

Did you know that women and girls often go undiagnosed because our symptoms don't present as obviously as they might in young boys?
I am a bit more rare because my hyperactivity does show up externally including how talkative I am 😬 but for many women, the busy-ness is in their brain.
I'm curious- do you have ADHD or love someone who does?
