Northwest continues to LEVEL UP!

For the third consecutive year, Northwest Elementary exceeded academic growth! We are also proud to be a C school for the second consecutive year.

This progress reflects the commitment of our students, staff, families, and community. We celebrate how far we have come while continuing to push toward the next level!

What an AMAZING day at Northwest Elementary! 🎉🐯

Today, we officially cut the ribbon on our newly transformed STEM Library! This incredible new space will give our students even more opportunities to explore, create, collaborate, and discover what’s possible. 🚀📚🔬

A HUGE thank you to Tim Pernetti and the American Conference, the College Football Playoff Foundation, and School Specialty for investing in Northwest and making this vision a reality! We also want to thank ECU for joining us and bringing football, women’s basketball, cheerleading, and tennis to celebrate with our students!

And the surprises kept coming! 🎉 One of our amazing teachers was surprised with a $1,000 award, and Mr. Willis was presented with a surprise $1,000 award for the school.

Special thanks to our Superintendent, Dr. Lassiter, for always supporting Northwest and believing in the work we are doing for our students.

Today was a perfect example of what can happen when schools, district leaders, and community partners come together for kids.

Our students deserve spaces that inspire them to DREAM BIG—and now they have another one!

Northwest is ready to LEVEL UP! 🎮🐯🚀

¡Qué día tan INCREÍBLE en Northwest Elementary! 🎉🐯

¡Hoy cortamos oficialmente la cinta de nuestra nueva Biblioteca STEM! Este increíble espacio brindará a nuestros estudiantes aún más oportunidades para explorar, crear, colaborar y descubrir todo lo que es posible. 🚀📚🔬

¡Un ENORME agradecimiento a Tim Pernetti y la American Conference, la College Football Playoff Foundation y School Specialty por invertir en Northwest y ayudar a hacer realidad esta visión! También queremos agradecer a ECU por acompañarnos y traer fútbol americano, baloncesto femenino, porristas y tenis para celebrar con nuestros estudiantes!

¡Y las sorpresas continuaron! 🎉 Una de nuestras increíbles maestras recibió un premio sorpresa de $1,000, ¡y el Sr. Willis recibió un premio sorpresa de $1,000!
