❤️ Comment "interview" to get the tools you need so you don't experience interview failures like I did!

My CRNA Interview Fails (yes… they are all real 🤦🏾‍♀️)

1️⃣ No confidence.
I walked into interviews already assuming I wasn’t good enough… and it showed.

2️⃣ Choosing the WRONG interview format.
I kept applying to programs with panel interviews even though I had a legit public-speaking phobia. (Why was I doing that to myself?? 😩)

3️⃣ Flying in the SAME day.
Got airsick. Dizzy. Tried to pull it together in the bathroom before going in. 0/10 do not recommend.

4️⃣ Flying OUT the same day.
Missed my flight after an interview ran long and sat in the airport crying because I was broke, upset, AND exhausted.

5️⃣ No questions for the faculty.
When they said, “Do you have any questions for us?” — my mind went BLANK. Nothing. Not even one.

These mistakes cost me TIME, MONEY to the tune of 1 Million dollars, and CONFIDENCE…
And I don’t want you repeating ANY of them.
