In Taking Flight, one of the major themes and invitations of self exploration comes from noticing the world around you, as a reflection of your inner world. It’s one thing to admire the beauty, and a totally different experience to embody the wild outside of you, inside your own being.
Witnessing Ashley take in the wild of the world this past year has been a beautiful example of allowing nature to become a womb space of inner and outer growth. Being able to be a part of the sacred container of her personal and professional expanding was a privilege.

As we spoke on our Taking Flight call today we talked about how she has grown to see with her own eyes and heart her full authentic expression in the world she was hesitant to open up to, last year. It took time, as growth often does. It requires loss of faith in yourself or what you’ve known. It requires rest, boundaries being challenged, play, and often, tears. It needs community, support, and structure. It requires, patience, courage, joy, and recognition of grief that has yet to be expressed.
Growth does not come from learning how to build a website, or learning how to write an elevator pitch, (although it is beneficial).
It comes from being brave enough to see your whole self, so that you can share your full self with the world, through your sacred work.
In taking the time to honor herself and her journey, Ashley is now able to hold a deeper space for others as a healer, artist, and visionary.

Taking Flight isn’t just a business program. It’s a deeply personal intensive for your personal AND professional life.

Mornings like this always start me on the right foot. Colors so glorious that they stop me in my tracks, allowing me to be fully present in the moment. Watching the clouds shift and the colors swirl and expand is like a mirror to my soul, and how my own energies have been shifting and expanding recently.
Here in South Carolina, the weather is finally cooling off, and for some who love the crisp air it feels like a different kind of Spring. A new year. It’s as if we simply needed to “let go” of of our expectations for this past year, like the leaves on the trees, and boom. We’re left with a lighter load, at least energetically.

You helped bring this container into existence. So, thank you!It’s easy to mentally separate our business or creative practices from our spiritual or personal growth. When we bulldoze forward in life, without awareness and mindfulness, we tend to miss seeing our biggest lessons. Those lessons, if woven into the fabric of your awareness, can launch you further and faster along your journey.

Significant growth happens when we see that just like our body/mind/soul, we cannot separate any of these things from the other. Creating a business IS a spiritual journey! Creating art, birthing people, or tending to relationships IS spiritual and personal growth!

Taking Flight is a different approach to “coaching.” Instead of giving advice or step by step instruction on how to make 6 figures , the focus of this program is based on embodiment, and trusting the wisdom that you have in your own body, your own intuition, and in your connection to the earth.

You’ll learn how to use a wide array of tools, objects, energetics, relational tools, art mediums, mindfulness practices, and so much more over the course of our year together.
