This Friday, August 22nd, is Women’s Empowerment Day. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be joining academies worldwide to teach self-defense through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Please spread the word and join us at Fightworks Academy. Our class will be held from 6:30 to 7:45 PM. Let’s empower ourselves every day! Kindly let me know if you can make it.

November’s Women’s self Defense Class was a ton of fun!

We covered how to break fall, Stand and base, protect yourself on the ground. We tested base while being pulled, and grip breaks.
