🍎 First Week of K at GES! 🖍️📚

We’re off to a GREAT start in Kindergarten at Greenville Elementary! Our newest Blackhawks have been busy learning, creating, exploring, building, and making new friends. 💛🖤

From practicing letters and fine-motor skills to working together and learning classroom routines, these kindergarteners have packed a lot into their very first week!

We can already tell it’s going to be an amazing year of learning and growing at GES! 🌟

📚🍰 A Sweet Way to Discover a Good Book!

Our 4th graders enjoyed a fun Book Tasting with Ms. Ramsey, Mrs. Gettings, and Mrs. Carver’s classes! Students had the opportunity to “sample” different books and explore new genres while finding some new favorites along the way. 📖✨

A special THANK YOU to Jackie Kirby and Dessert First for donating the delicious sweet treats to complement this lesson! 🧁❤️

Nothing pairs better than a good book and a sweet treat! 📚🍪

🍦🎶 Come support the MCHS Marching Band! 🎶🍦

Join us Saturday, August 29 at Mustang Stadium for the Marching Band Ice Cream Supper! Enjoy dinner from the concession stand, grab some ICE CREAM, and catch the band’s first public performance of the season! 🥁🎺

Festivities begin at 5:00 PM and admission is FREE!
