Honoring the Changemakers:
Reflecting on a Year of Growth & Connection
This Wednesday, September 9th at the City Club of Greenville, the Upstate community will celebrate the historic milestone of the inaugural class of The Changemakers Collective, powered by Greater Good Greenville!
Over the past year, this dedicated cohort of local nonprofit leaders engaged in a transformative journey of deep self-reflection, strategic skill-building, and collective action. Beginning with rigorous assessments via the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), cohort members dove into intensive learning sessions focused on organizational excellence, while directly deploying targeted grant funding into essential growth areas like financial management, marketing, and fundraising infrastructure.
Beyond the operational gains, the true heart of this initiative lies in the lasting relational bonds built among peers who showed up every month to learn, adapt, and build together.
The BOLD Leadership Network is honored to have been a part of this collective and stand alongside this exceptional group of visionaries.
We extend our sincere congratulations to the outstanding executive directors and organizations in this inaugural class:
* Jennifer Jones | Beauty Marks for Girls
* Marquis Flemings | BEST Skills Academy
* Damon Qualls | BOLD Leadership Network
* DeAsia Danladi | Gene Xcellence
* Keisha Stewart | Infinite Possibilities, Inc
* Tavaghn Monts | Momentum Bike Clubs
* Randolyn Harmon | Neighborhood Child and Family Collaborative
* Leda Young | Pleasant Valley Connection, Inc.
Thank you all for your unwavering commitment to strengthening our community, building collective capacity, and leading the way forward!
