💙 Belvoir PTO Update

Belvoir Family,

Over the past few months, I stepped away from PTO responsibilities as we welcomed our daughter, Kori. It was a meaningful season for our family, and I want to sincerely thank everyone for the thoughts, prayers, messages, and support you showed us during that time.

We truly felt it.

We’re now settled in and ready to move forward.

Belvoir PTO is back — focused, energized, and committed to supporting our students, teachers, and families.

So if you see me walking around the school with a baby in my arms… that’s Kori 😊
Don’t be shy — say hello. She’s officially the newest member of the PTO team.

Let’s finish this year strong for our kids.

💙 Actualización del PTO de Belvoir

Familia de Belvoir,

Durante los últimos meses, me alejé de las responsabilidades del PTO mientras le dábamos la bienvenida a nuestra hija, Kori. Fue una temporada muy especial para nuestra familia, y quiero agradecer sinceramente a todos por sus pensamientos, oraciones, mensajes y apoyo durante ese tiempo.

Realmente lo sentimos.

Ahora estamos más establecidos y listos para seguir adelante.

El PTO de Belvoir está de regreso — enfocado, con energía y comprometido a apoyar a nuestros estudiantes, maestros y familias.

Así que si me ven caminando por la escuela con una bebé en brazos… esa es Kori 😊
No sean tímidos — salúdennos. Ella es oficialmente la miembro más nueva del equipo del PTO.

Terminemos el año con fuerza por nuestros hijos.

We appreciate Pitt County Schools creating space for open dialogue between education leaders and lawmakers.

Conversations about teacher pay, school calendars, and continued investment in education directly impact our students, families, and staff here at Belvoir Elementary.

As a PTO, we believe strong schools require strong partnerships — and that includes community voices at the table. We will continue to advocate for the resources our students and teachers deserve.

Agradecemos a Pitt County Schools por crear un espacio para un diálogo abierto entre los líderes educativos y los legisladores.

Las conversaciones sobre el salario de los maestros, el calendario escolar y la inversión continua en la educación impactan directamente a nuestros estudiantes, familias y personal aquí en Belvoir Elementary.

Como PTO, creemos que las escuelas fuertes requieren asociaciones sólidas — y eso incluye la voz de la comunidad en la mesa. Continuaremos abogando por los recursos que nuestros estudiantes y maestros merecen.

Trunk or Treat is tomorrow from 4pm-6pm. As we discussed at our October meeting, please arrive at 3:30 to set up.

We are asking parents and/or PTO members to bring candy for our students. If you are not able to attend, you can have your candy dropped off at the office!

El “Trunk or Treat” es mañana de 4 p.m. a 6 p.m. Como hablamos en nuestra reunión de octubre, por favor lleguen a las 3:30 p.m. para prepararse.

Estamos pidiendo a los padres y/o miembros del PTO que traigan dulces para nuestros estudiantes. Si no pueden asistir, ¡pueden dejar sus dulces en la oficina!
