During the month of November, the Seton Hill University community will remember deceased alumni and friends in celebration of All Souls’ Day. ⛪️🙏🏼

Alumni, family and friends are invited to join us for a special Alumni Memorial Mass on Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET, either in person at St. Joseph Chapel on Seton Hill’s campus or virtually via livestream.

🎭 From the Hill to the national stage!

Just months after graduating, Emma Roby '26 is touring the country as a member of the dance ensemble in "The Thorn." In just one week, the tour is coming to Pittsburgh!

Emma graduated this past May with a double major in Early Childhood & Special Education and Dance Pedagogy. During her senior year, she submitted a dance reel featuring almost entirely clips from Seton Hill dance productions as part of her audition for The Thorn. After a callback and interview, she earned a spot in the show’s dance ensemble and hit the road! 🧑🏼‍🩰

Described as "Cirque du Soleil meets the Passion of Christ," The Thorn combines live music, drama, aerial acts, movement arts, modern dance and special effects to bring the story of Christ to the stage.

✨ Pittsburgh alumni and friends, catch Emma and the cast of "The Thorn" when the national tour comes to the Petersen Events Center on Tuesday, October 13!

We’re so proud to see a Griffin taking what she learned on the Hill to stages across the country. ❤️💛

Their one-act show, Undiscovered Country, was named Audience Favorite at the Pittsburgh New Works Festival! 👏

Ron and Katy are both graduates of Seton Hill’s Theatre Performance program. We love seeing our Griffins continuing to create, perform and make their mark on the arts community.

📚 The Alumni Book Club is back this fall! This is a great opportunity for alumni to connect with fellow Setonians, enjoy reading, and discuss a variety of books.

📖 The book we will be reading is "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen. Dr. Sarah Marsh, Associate Professor of English at Seton Hill, will join us as our guest facilitator.

📆 Our two discussions will be held on Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, November 5, both from 7-8:30pm ET via Zoom. Please plan to attend both sessions.
