The annual Back to School Cookout was a tremendous success. We extend our sincere gratitude to our state officers and everyone who attended and supported GC FFA. Your participation and support are greatly appreciated.

We appreciate the cattlemen’s Association for letting us use their place.

We want to congratulate Andrew Fields and Hayden Bonta on completing the creed today. All Freshman were given the creed on Friday and were encouraged to say it today to earn a free jacket. Andrew and Hayden are two of four to earn a free jacket. Congratulations!

Carter Malone, a freshman, came in today and had the creed memorized! He memorized it all last night on his own. We are very proud of him. Every freshman will be sent home today with the creed and encouraged to memorize it by Monday to receive a free FFA Jacket of their own. Congratulations, Carter!

We want to congratulate Matthew Estes, a freshman, on saying the FFA Creed on his first day of high school. He will receive a free FFA Jacket for this accomplishment. All freshman will be sent home with the creed tomorrow and encouraged to memorize it by Monday to also win a free FFA Jacket. Congratulations, Matthew!

Last night some of our officers and Mr. Bonta had the opportunity to attend the launch of the Campbellsville University Agriculture Program. It was a great evening hearing from donors, elected officials and agriculture leaders from across the state. We are excited to see how Dr. Gaddie will lead the new Agriculture Program at CU!
