The Tiny Town Early Learning Center has had to take out multiple loans and lines of credit. Westmoreland Community Action has furloughed 31 employees. Neither of them is run by Westmoreland County, but both rely on state funding.

Tiny Town Early Learning Center is Hiring a full time Assistant Pre-K Counts Teacher. We are looking for a responsible, dependable, and compassionate individual who is passionate about teaching young children! Applicants must have a degree in ECE or similar, or a CDA in Preschool, with 2 years experience working in a licensed center. Upon hire, you must be able to obtain a health exam and pass all state required background checks. Job responsibilities include assisting the co-teacher in day-to-day activities in the class, responsible for daily classroom management, student goals and observation documenting and light classroom cleaning. This salary position will run from mid-August-Mid June with opportunities to work more hours in the summer for an hourly rate.
