Tutor Me Happy

Hey everyone,
I have been getting messages left and right wondering if I’m still taking students for tutoring. I am, however due to my social working job my schedule isn’t accommodating for weekday after school sessions anymore. If I have already spoken with you on special scheduling you are fine… however if I have not had you down in my schedule previously my availabilities this year are during Saturdays.
Reminder I specialize in tutoring at the Elementary level K-6th, everything I do is centered around your child’s specific needs, I will provide the worksheets and fun hands on learning activities as well. If you would like for me to interact with your child’s teacher, I do that as well to make sure your kiddo is getting the most out of their tutoring session. Sessions are $20 an hour and are held at the Greensburg Public Library. Get with me soon because my schedule fills up fast 🙂

Decatur County Community Schools are on fall break as well as Greensburg Community Schools. I hope you all enjoy your time off, relax and most of all have fun! You each worked hard and deserve the much needed break!

That being said if anyone would like to schedule in a couple tutoring sessions while the kiddos are off let me know I will have open spots available for the week.

Collin has been working so so hard to keep up with IXL’s I am so proud of all his efforts!
This kid knows exactly what needs to be done at every session and gets down to business! His reading has improved so much since summer and I can see he is gaining more and more confidence. Keep reaching for the stars buddy!!

Last week we seen lots of improvements!

Miss Rose read 4 books on her own and was excited to read words that were big on her own! She is doing great with sounding out, building confidence and reading louder and understanding a better concept to comprehending what she is reading. Way to go Rose!

My daughter is along for the ride and even she is reading and finding that she is loving reading more! Yay!

Mr. Keegan is mastering his uppercase to lowercase recognition of the alphabets and is getting so close to knowing all his numbers for a Kindergarten standard. 🙂 keep it up buddy!!

In tutoring I like to focus a lot on reading, Reading is knowledge!! When the kiddos complete a book they get a sticker on their chart, once it’s filled they earn a gift card for a small ice cream cone! Kaiden and Keegan just completed theirs!! Congratulations sweeties!!
