Today, our staff participated in an engaging, data-driven MAP session focused on better understanding our students’ academic needs and identifying the instructional steps necessary to move them forward. 📊📈

Keeping the End in Mind, staff analyzed data and statistics to plan meaningful support for students who need additional assistance, while also exploring ways to accelerate learning for students performing above grade level.

Our goal is to ensure that every student is appropriately challenged, fully supported, and given the opportunities they need to grow and succeed.

Science Experiment Synopsis: Conservation of Mass

Today, Ms Wilson 5th Grade students conducted an experiment to investigate the Law of Conservation of Mass. Students observed what happened when sugar was mixed with water. Although the sugar appeared to “vanish” as it dissolved, the sugar remained present in the water as tiny particles. Students compared the mass before and after mixing and discovered that the total mass remained the same. This experiment helped students understand that matter cannot be created or destroyed; it can only change form or become mixed with another substance.

Dear TMSA Triad Elementary Families,

Again, thank you for your patience. We will see improvements every single day. We are in this together. We are making a minor adjustment to our dismissal traffic procedures today after meeting this morning. We are diligently working to make dismissal safer, smoother, and more efficient. Please review the information below carefully, especially if you have children in multiple grade levels. This is just for dismissal.

Please be reminded that there is NO LEFT TURNS ONTO CAMPUS. Complying with our directions is a must. Do not cut into the line by turning left. Be respectful and courteous to each other and staff.
