From understanding pool rules to recognizing water hazards, Swim1922 promotes comprehensive water safety education across our communities. We’re equipping families with the tools, confidence, and awareness they need to stay safe in and around
water. Because knowledge doesn’t just educate — it saves lives.

Water safety education isn’t just for children. Many adults in Black and Brown communities never had the opportunity to learn to swim. Swim1922 welcomes learners of all ages — because it’s never too late to learn basic water safety skills.

What a day! Delta Sigma Sigma showed up and showed out for our Swim 1922 Clinic & Water Safety Day at the Hayes-Taylor YMCA! 💙💛

We set out to promote water safety, build confidence, and break down community barriers and we did just that! Massive thanks to the volunteers, lifeguards, and swim instructors who dedicated their time to teach these life saving skills. We are beyond proud of our future swim pros!

The best part? The journey continues. Each participant is getting 5 additional swim lessons. We're not just teaching swimming; we're saving lives, one lesson at a time.

Greater Greensboro/ Reidsville Club invite you to join us as we collaborate to fill the Golden Pantry at Smith High School! The Golden Pantry supports students as they enter the summer months! This past week was a beautiful reflection of that legacy in motion; from worship and fellowship to a banquet that honored our journey with excellence and pride. You could feel the love, the history, and the impact in every moment.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also look ahead, committed to building on the foundation laid before us and continuing the work with purpose.
