ACDA Recap!
Founded in 1973, the American College Dance Association (ACDA) supports and promotes excellence in collegiate dance through regional conferences and a National College Dance Festival. Each year, universities across the country present adjudicated works, participate in master classes, and engage in scholarly and creative exchange.
At the Southeast Regional Conference, UNCG Dance performed in the formal adjudicated concert, where faculty-selected works are presented and reviewed by a panel of professional artists. The conference also included informal concerts, technique classes, and adjudication feedback sessions designed to support choreographic development and performance growth.
We are proud to represent UNCG in a space dedicated to collegiate dance research, performance, and community!
