The month of October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We highlight the reality of severe intimate partner violence and the experiences of those affected. It’s important to educate ourselves on the signs of abuse and support others in any way we can. Please remember, resources exist: hotlines, shelters, and counseling services are available to help. Let us stand together to break the silence and create a safer community for everyone. Love should not hurt.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Early detection can save lives—but what does early detection look like? Regular mammograms can help detect and treat cancer in its early stages. Additionally, performing self-examinations allows you to notice any changes in your body. Check in with yourself, spread awareness, and stay informed! 💗
