Believe it or not the countdown to August is on! As our amazing teachers head back to the building to prepare for the new school year, we want to make sure they feel supported from day one.

We’re looking to kick off the year by fully stocking the lounge with snacks, drinks, and caffeine to keep their morale and energy high during those busy first weeks.

How to donate: Drop items off at the front office on July 29 or August 12 between 9:00-2:00.

Guilford County Schools is offering Free Meals for students this Summer from Monday, June 15, through Thursday, August 13.

Children and teens can enjoy FREE breakfast and lunch at participating school locations listed in the flyer.

🍎 Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 AM
🥪 Lunch: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

Please note: There will be no meal service on Fridays.

Families can also receive free Drive Thru Summer Meals. Use the QR Code and Register Today. For questions, please contact the front office.

Wooo hooo! We made it, and what a great year it was! 🎉 The Alamance Elementary PTO would like to wish all of our school community a fun, safe, restful summer break!!! We hope you enjoy! 😎😉💙

Exciting changes are happening at our school! Thank you, Mr. Winslow for your dedicated service to our students and staff. We appreciate you and wish you the best of luck in your new role! Ms. Stone, congratulations on your new role as principal. We are excited to know you will be carrying the torch, and we know you will be just as dedicated and committed to our school as you’ve been before. Congratulations to both of you! 🎉💙

Change often brings mixed emotions, and this one is truly bittersweet.

We want to wish Mr. Winslow all the best as he begins a new position within our district. Over the years, he has dedicated so much of himself to our school, our students, our staff, and our community. His leadership, support, and commitment have helped shape countless successes, and his impact will be felt for years to come.

At the same time, we are excited to welcome Mrs. Stone as our new principal. As assistant principal, she has already made a tremendous difference in the lives of our students and staff. Her passion, dedication, and vision for our school make us confident that she will continue to lead, inspire, and help our school thrive.

While we will miss Mr. Winslow, we are grateful for all he has done and wish him continued success in this next chapter. We are equally excited to see Mrs. Stone grow into this new role and lead us into an amazing 2026–2027 school year.
