Planner Power-Up

Our students have been learning that strong time-management habits begin with having a plan! This week, ask your child to share their planner with you and complete a quick 10-minute family check-in:

-What did you manage well this week?
-What assignments, activities, or responsibilities are coming up?
-Which three tasks should be completed first?
-When will you work on each one?
-Is there anything you need help preparing for?

Finish by asking your child to complete this statement:

“One way I will take charge of my time this week is __________.”

Small planning conversations can help students build independence, reduce stress, and feel more prepared for the week ahead.

Ms. Harris is excited to share that the BackPack Beginning’s Food Bag Program will continue this year. If you have a need and are interested in participating in this program, you must sign up for the food program through the links below.

• Student food allergies must be specified to be accommodated.
• All required fields need to be completed on the digital permission form.
• One permission form is required per student - if you have multiple students here at Jackson, you must complete multiple digital forms.
• We are only able to accept permission forms that have been completed through our digital process.
