How to Look Approachable

As we all have a numerous amount of tasks throughout the day ti complete, we must consider our facial appearance and expressions as we engage with others throughout the day.

If we want to show ourselves approachable, consider your eye contact, mannerisms, and even your smile.

Avoid glaring or ignoring other people. Regardless of our personal feelings or interactions, we must be mindful that we don't know what others are going through and just a simple smile can make someone feel valuable, wothy and could change the trajectory of the person's day.

BRA!

Yes, it's true--and on there is no better tip than to know how to select the best fit for you.

Choosing the right bra isn’t just about clothing — it’s about confidence, comfort, and self-respect. When you feel comfortable in what you wear, you naturally stand taller, smile more, and show up with poise.

The basics of finding the correct size is as follows:

Band Size: the number (like 32, 34, 36) measures around your ribcage.

Cup Size: the letter (like A, B, C) measures how full your bust is.

Sizes can vary by brand — don’t worry about the letter or number; focus on how it feels.

Bra types serve different purposes:

T-shirt Bra – smooth and seamless for everyday wear.

Sports Bra – provides strong support during sports or gym class.

Bralette – light and comfy, great for growing teens or casual days.

Full-Coverage Bra – offers more modesty and support under uniforms or fitted tops.

If you are unsure of what style you should wear, or how to size yourself, you can be fitted by a professional in a department store which caters to selling undergarments.

Note: For my 40 and up ladies--let this be a reminder to schedule your mammogram!
