UNCG Chi Sigma Alpha Honorary Society The Sigma Chapter of Chi Sigma Alpha was founded on February 11, 2015 at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
The purposes of the Chi Sigma Alpha shall be to promote and recognize excellence in academics, research, and service to the profession of student affairs. Chi Sigma Alpha was founded in 2002 at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. To date, Chi Sigma Alpha has invited over 300 individuals and 14 chapters to membership since its formation.

Congratulations to Shirley Parker, Cait Williams, Janoah Grace Williams, and Katie Seagreaves for their initiation to the Sigma chapter of Chi Sigma Alpha! We had a wonderful initiation ceremony, made possible by support from Brian McGowan. Shout out to Shirley for stepping into the Treasurer role right away! We are so excited about the future of our organization.

Thank you so much to everyone that came out to our first ever Professional Development Dinner for Chi Sigma Alpha. We had some great discussion, good food, and learned more about each other in the process. I am so glad to be a part of such a great organization!
