Students Compete in National Technology Competition



July 18

Summer hasn’t meant rest for students in technology clubs at Kiser Middle, Ferndale Middle, Aycock Middle and Weaver Academy. From June 28-July 2, students competed in the 2013 National Technology Student Association Conference in Orlando.

During the conference, middle and high school student members competed in more than 60 competitive events based on principles and concepts learned through projects during the school year in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects.
