This is NOT group exercise. Personal training is 100% based on YOUR needs, schedule, goals, and history.

Training is app-based (free app for you) and can include as much or as little support as you need. From detailed programming to a more accountability-based structure, we work together to give you what you need.

2024 continues to challenge me mentally and physically. With a left shoulder that’s FUBAR for the foreseeable future, I am learning to leave my ego at home and do what I can.

Blessed to have a body that still can DO lots of things. It might look different but I’m honored to have completed at again this year. Love this tradition!

Grateful for those who gave all and those who serve even with that risk. If they can do that, I can do this.

One of the best things about CrossFit is the community, even for us introverts.

Without it, I’d have stayed home today wishing my shoulder was healthy and strong, remembering last year when I did this fundraiser workout at the top level. Instead, my family encouraged me to do what I “can” do and I’m so glad I did. Even at the lower level it was hard! And fun!

I’m humbled, but supported in this journey. So grateful. And… ready for some quiet time. 🤣😂🤣

It’s that time of year!

Whether you love setting new goals at the new year or resolve never to make another “resolution” again, we can’t help but at least THINK about it. And that’s a good thing!

When reflecting on the past year, be sure to show yourself grace. Focus on what you did right, the obstacles you overcame, and the wins you experienced.

From there, decide if it’s a good time for you to set small simple attainable goals. When you do, narrow down to one or two specific behaviors, or processes, you can control. Instead of setting a massive outcome-related goal, see what happens when you decide to do one small thing differently, most of the time.

For example, instead of saying “I want to cut out sodas,” set a process goal of “I will drink water at lunch 3 days a week”. Not only is that doable, but it addresses a behavior that you are 100% in control of.
