•Be aware of the mission. The mission of GCS is education. Please be certain that your comments and posts are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages.

We are proud to celebrate the academic success of Irving Park Elementary! Our 2025–26 School Performance data shows meaningful progress and some exciting milestones for our Pirates.

⭐ School Performance Score: 63 — up 6 points from last year and our highest score in 5 years.
📈 Achievement Score: 58.2 — a 13-year high!
🚀 Growth Score: 83.0 — our students met expected growth, with a 2-year upward trend and a 5-year high.
📖 Reading Achievement: 58 — a 5-year high.
➗ Math Achievement: 67 — a 2-year upward trend and 5-year high.
📊 Math Growth: 82 — a 2-year upward trend and 5-year high.

These numbers represent more than scores—they represent the hard work, perseverance, and partnership of our students, teachers, staff, and families.

What an amazing first week of school we had over here at IPE! We loved seeing all the new faces and the returning ones too! From meeting new friends to learning a new routine, our Pirates are set to have a successful year on the pirate ship!

We can’t wait to see how our students grow this year and all the fun they will have. Remember to follow us to witness all of it for yourself!
