Next week is Staff Appreciation Week. The WGHS PTSO is hosting a Mediterranean Lunch for the WGHS Staff on Wednesday, May 7th. The Nazareth Bread Company is catering the meal.

The WGHS PTSO will be celebrating our wonderful Western Guilford High School students by serving some delicious hot cocoa during lunch on Thursday, December 19! We have approximately 1,350 students. There are several ways you can help us with this:

3. Volunteering - Help prep and serve hot cocoa and marshmallows during lunch.

Parent/Staff Book Club December Social will be held at Hidden Gate Brewing on Dec. 17th at 6:30pm. Use the QR code to rsvp by December 1st.

ATTENTION WGHS Parents and Guardians: The WGHS PTSO is hosting a Chili Lunch for the staff on Tuesday, November 26th.
Parents can participate in a variety of ways.

• Buy a staff member lunch for $10 each via PayPal: .
Send your payment with a note and we will make sure the staff member receives the message.
Please add "STAFF CHILI", your full name, and if you would like, notes for staff members.

• Send in cornbread or a side.
Cornbread should serve 12-24 ppl.
Sides include: tub of sour cream, diced onions (white or green), shredded cheese, Fritto chips or crackers.

• Help prep and cook the chili on Monday, November 25 at 5 PM - 7 PM in Room 101 at WGHS. All you need to bring is yourself, however we also welcome large pots, spoons and aprons. Room 101 has multiple stovetops and table workspaces.
