Hello, my name is Rayna Sehon, and I am a 2L at Elon University School of Law. I attended Texas State University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Public Administration. During college, I interned with the District Attorney’s Office, which eventually led to a full-time legal assistant position prior to graduation. I worked for the District Attorney’s Office for a year and a half before relocating to Charlotte, NC. I then obtained a position as a civil litigation paralegal, where I worked for the year leading up to law school.
Since beginning law school, I have developed an interest in corporate governance and business litigation. This interest led me to pursue my MBA alongside my JD. I am particularly interested in the intersection of law, business strategy, and risk management, and I am excited to continue building my knowledge while helping entrepreneurs in our community. During the Spring trimester, I will have the opportunity to apply what I have learned in the Small Business Clinic during my residency with Robertson and Associates, where I will assist with commercial real estate, construction, and business litigation matters.
At Elon, I have also had the opportunity to serve as Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta and am currently serving as the Student Bar Association’s Treasurer. When I have free time, I enjoy spending it at the gym or with my husband and our dog. I am excited to begin my role as a Student Attorney and help as many business owners as I can.

My name is Matthew Nagib. I am a 2L at Elon University School of Law. I'm from the Jersey Shore where I've lived my whole life and graduated from Stockton University in 2024. Throughout undergrad I was always excited and eager to help those around me so deciding to go to law school was almost instinct. The legal field can be long and complex, so it is very rewarding whenever I am able to assist those in need of such services. Over the short course of my legal education so far, I have been fortunate enough to work under practicing attorneys and provide real people with real-world guidance in navigating the law and attaining their desired goals. I couldn't be more grateful to be a part of the Elon Small Business & Entrepreneurship Clinic.

My name is Dennis Pyetsukh, and I am a 2L at Elon University School of Law. I attended Brown University for my undergraduate degree in economics, where I was also a member of the men’s soccer team. After graduating in 2022, I began working in Dallas, Texas, at Sendero Consulting. During my two years at Sendero, I supported a number of Fortune 500 clients and worked primarily in project finance. After my 1L year at Elon Law, I was a summer intern in the Chambers of the Honorable Judge Chris Freeman at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Next term, I will be a spring resident at Lehnert Law in Fort Myers, Florida, working primarily on commercial real estate transactions. This summer, I will be working as a legal intern with the in-house corporate legal team at Victaulic in Easton, Pennsylvania, working on M&A opportunities and transactions, contract drafting and review, business litigation, intellectual property issues, and cross-border legal disputes. My goal is to work as a transactional attorney once I graduate.

Additionally, I was selected to become a Business Fellow at Elon Law and was elected to be the Managing Editor of We the People, Elon Law’s Constitutional Law journal for Volume 5.

Outside of class and work, I enjoy playing soccer, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my dog, Buddy.
