Honors orchestra received straight Superior ratings and the Repertory Orchestra received an overall rating of Excellent with a Superior rating in sight reading! 🙌🏽 Let's go!!!!! 🎻

We are so excited to announce a major fundraiser we are about to embark on. Bart Bullock, concert pianist from France and Grimsley High Alumnus will be travelling to Greensboro and has offered to give a concert that will benefit the Grimsley Orchestra!

The GCS All County Orchestra Clinic was such a great time! Congratulations to Aidan Ezerman, Isabella Ortiz, Aissatou Coly, Aurelia Wilder, Lilly Forrest, Tessa Burbey, George Job, Jaxen Grubbs, and Charlie Mahony on an awesome performance! And a special thanks to our behind the scenes crew that we couldn't do without!

Congratulations to Charlie Mahony for being selected to play in the North Carolina Music Educators Association All State Honors Orchestra! He earned this as just a freshman last year in Western Region Orchestra which is a very big accomplishment! Go Charlie and Go Whirlies!
